we deeply deplore the outdated attitudes still lingering in parts of the industry — where some ADIs treat new trainers as second-rate or act as though you need their permission to work in certain areas.
We do not tolerate it. We actively petition the DVSA to challenge and eradicate this kind of bigotry, by suspending those guilty of it, so we lead by example.
